Our Goal

We at Aeropole are passionate about providing you with excellent flight training. Our aim is to be the number one flight school in terms of quality. Our promise to you is to provide superior quality in customer service, training, equipment and personnel.

1. Excellent customer service
   We will only make promises that we can keep. This means to-the-point and fair training agreements, transparent pricing and open communication when things change. We try to tailor your training schedules to your individual needs, be it during regular working hours or evenings and weekends, even if in the end it takes two to tango.
2. Quality in training
   We emphasise a pedagogic approach to training. We are not here to show off our flying skills or experience, but to train our students to be safe and confident pilots, whether their flying objectives are professional or for leisure. Our teaching methods are tried and tested world-class systems, which we have adapted and further improved upon for the local Nordic environment — and they fully comply and exceed European aviation regulations.
3. Modern aircraft
   Our aircraft are state of the art, perfect for training and have an extremely good safety record (in fact, the best in the industry.) We probably operate the newest and most modern training fleet amongst comparable flight schools. Our students are encouraged to train on glass cockpit aircraft, and we also teach on traditional instruments, to give our students all the skills they need.
4. Professional and talented instructors
   The clear majority of our instructors have hundreds, if not thousands of hours of experience as instructors and most have airline or charter flight experience. They are with us because they find instructing rewarding and are passionate about quality — not just to clock up more flight hours. That said, the quality of instructing does not rest on individual instructor’s shoulders, but is nurtured by our methodical approach to quality in our organisation and learning.

Our belief is that the only way to stay on top is to recognise the fact that we are all on an endless journey of learning — excellence comes through perseverance and continuous improvement. Who Are We?

We are aviation and business professionals with complementing backgrounds: airline and charter pilots, career instructors, aircraft engineers, business managers, and entrepreneurs. We were frustrated with the lack of a flight school truly interested in their students’ learning and in customer service, so we founded one. We might not be the cheapest flight school around, but we are certainly striving to become and stay the best!
